Shipping costs are factored into the total order amount and must be settled at the time of purchase. Orders with prepaid shipping are dispatched via best method

Our lead times are provided as best estimates only.
Returns
Products not meeting general rubber standards or supplied in error are fully refundable within 30 days with an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur return shipping costs if the claim is invalid.
Standard stocked items can be canceled or refunded within 30 days with written authorization; restocking fees may apply. Non-stocked and custom items are non-cancellable and non-refundable without prior approval.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, with all documentation, and kept separate from other lots or batches. Mixing lots or batches invalidates the return.
