FPVC

Flexible PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a thermoplastic material made by combining PVC resin with plasticizers to enhance its flexibility and softness. FPVC Recommended Uses

• Electrical cable insulation and sheathing
• Flexible tubing and hoses
• Medical devices (e.g., IV bags, tubing)
• Flooring and wall coverings
• Automotive interior components
• Packaging materials

FPVC Not Recommended

• high-temperature environments above 60°C
• prolonged UV exposure without stabilizers
• strong solvents
• ketones
• aromatic hydrocarbons
• oxidizing agents
• extreme cold temperatures without additives

FPVC Limitations

• Not suitable for high-temperature applications
• Can degrade under prolonged UV exposure without stabilizers
• May leach plasticizers in certain environments
• Limited resistance to strong solvents and oxidizing agents
