Grow With a Team That Ships Every Day
Rubber Dynamics distributes in-stock O-rings, hand grips, cord stock, plugs, caps, and stoppers to OEM manufacturers. As the catalog and the customer base grow, we add people in fulfillment, sales, engineering support, e-commerce, and quality.
A Distributor Built on Stock, Not on Backorders
Our model is simple enough to explain in one sentence: hold the inventory, publish real availability, and ship it fast. Everything the team does hangs off that, which is why the work here is measurable and close to the customer.
Deep In-Stock Inventory
Thousands of SKUs across NBR, Viton™ (FKM), EPDM, silicone, fluorosilicone, and PTFE, in AS568 and metric sizing, ready to ship.
Lead Times We Publish
Most parts ship in 3–7 days; some take up to 30. Volume RFQs are answered within 24 hours — promises the team has to be able to keep, every week.
Regulatory & Compliance
The Work We Keep Adding
Growth here shows up as capacity, not as a press release. These are the areas that get more people as volume grows.
- Catalog depth — more profiles, compounds, and sizes on the shelf
- Self-serve ordering — availability, pricing, and documents without a phone call
- Fulfillment throughput — people and process behind the published lead times
- Documented quality — certifications and material paperwork that hold up in customer audits
Six Teams That Keep Parts Moving
We do not post a requisition for every seat. Send a resume for the area that matches your experience and it goes to the team that owns that work.
Warehouse & Fulfillment
Receiving, put-away, picking, and packing - the work that turns a shelf count into a 3-7 day lead time.
- Picking and packing accuracy on a busy dock
- Comfort with bin locations, lot numbers, and cycle counts
- Forklift or order-picker certification is a plus
Sales & Customer Solutions
Quotations, volume pricing, and the technical questions that arrive with an OEM drawing.
- B2B inside sales or customer-service experience
- Comfort with part numbers, sizes, and durometers
- Clear writing - most of this job is email
Engineering & Materials Support
Compound selection, cross-referencing, and the documentation an engineer needs to sign off a seal.
- Rubber, sealing, or elastomer background
- Ability to read drawings and AS568 or metric sizing
- Patience explaining trade-offs in plain language
E-Commerce & Merchandising
The catalog, the storefront, and the data behind both - availability, pricing, content, and search.
- Hands-on work with a commerce platform or ERP catalog
- Comfort with product data, attributes, and taxonomy
- An eye for how a technical product page should read
Quality & Compliance
Certifications, material paperwork, and audit responses for customers in medical, food, and drinking-water applications.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a comparable quality system
- Fluency with REACH, RoHS, FDA, NSF, or USP documentation
- Detail-first habits with revision control
Operations & Supply Chain
Purchasing, inbound freight, and inventory planning that keep thousands of SKUs available.
- Purchasing or inventory-planning experience
- Comfort with lead times, reorder points, and suppliers
- Spreadsheet fluency - we work in them daily
One Email Is Enough
No portal, no account, and no form that loses your attachment.
Write to support@rubberdynamics.com with the team name in the subject line — for example Careers - Warehouse & Fulfillment. The links on each card above open that message for you, already addressed.
Include:
- Your resume. A PDF is ideal, but anything readable is fine.
- The team you are writing about and the kind of work you want to do.
- Where you are located and whether you can work from Santa Ana, California.
We keep resumes on file. We are always interested in people who know sealing components, distribution, or technical B2B selling. If there is not a fit today, a resume on file is how the next conversation usually starts.
If you would rather ask a question before sending anything, call +1 (307) 213-9709 during business hours and ask for the team you are interested in.
Tell Us What You Would Like to Build
One email is all it takes. A person here reads every message that arrives about work.

Send a resume, or a short note about the work you do. Put the team you are interested in in the subject line so it reaches the right desk.

The compliance page shows the standards our customers hold us to, and the catalog shows what we actually stock. Both are a fair preview of the work.
